CSC Community Health Center is a Federally Qualified Health Center providing Comprehensive Healthcare, Dental and Behavioral Health Services. Our clinics are located in Los Angeles, Alhambra, San Gabriel and Monterey Park. Our staff can speak multi-languages: English, Cantonese, Mandarin, Vietnamese, Spanish and Tagalog.

We accepts Medi-Cal and MediCare insurance.

Optometry 

Comprehensive Eye Exam to diagnosis and manage infectious conjunctivitis, ocular allergies, dry eyes, corneal abrasions, foreign bodies, diabetic retinopathy, glaucoma, age-related macular degeneration, and more. 


Prescribe and fit eyeglasses.
